Preheat oven to 350F and line baking sheet 2. Combine Coffee and Water until dissolved; add remaining Wet ingredients 3. In a separate bowl, combine Dry ingredients 4. Pour Wet ingredients into Dry ingredients, forming a sticky ball of dough 5. Divide dough into 10, forming round balls and flattening on baking sheet. 6. Use the back of a knife pressing in the centre of the flattened balls to form ‘bean’ indentation (if desired - no more than half way through!) 7.
